The property can sleep eight people in two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite, a twin room and a double sofa bed in the open plan living space. There is a bathroom and a ground floor WC and the open plan living area has a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. There is also a separate sitting room with a woodburner and outside, in the double garage, a games room with a pool table, which can be dined on, a darts board and a jukebox which plays CDs. There is also an enclosed patio with furniture outside and off road parking for four cars. In a great location, with wonderful facilities, Pen-Yr-Erw is the perfect base for a Welsh break.
